This year we meet for a different reason: because something is shifting. A new factory. A new capital partner. A year of quiet, stubborn work on quality — every process examined again, every supplier re-tested, every detail held up to the light. The same hands, sharpened. The same star. Come. There is much to say — and even more to listen to.
A factory. A capital partner. A year of disciplined work on quality. Each on its own would matter. We've chosen to bring them into the same room — and tell them in our own voice, before anyone else writes them for us.
Last year asked a lot of you — we won't pretend otherwise. The months since have been spent putting it right: every assembly process reviewed, every supplier re-qualified, the quality programme rebuilt from the floor up. We'd rather spend the weekend talking about what comes next than relitigating what's behind us — but we will show you the work. In our own voice. Across a table, not from a stage.
The acquisition and the new factory have already made the press. What they mean — together, and specifically for you — is the chapter we want to write properly, here, with our names on it. Not a press release. A conversation.
The vans are here — Adonis, Hercules, Apollo, all of it. But the room this year is arranged for talking, not selling. Three days to put the new chapter into your hands the way it deserves: in person, with the people who built it, with time enough for the questions that don't fit in an email.
A new chapter has its own grammar — first we gather, then we draw the line forward, then we walk it together. Kope gives us the room, and the quiet, to do each in its proper order.
The first evening is for arriving properly. An aperitif on the terrace, then sixty minutes from Primož — what's new, what's next, and the people who got us here. Dinner follows, with our team seated at every table, not at the front. Afterwards we walk to the viewpoint and find Polaris where it has always been. By the time the fire has thinned to embers, the conversations have already started — which is, after all, the point of coming.
Thursday is the morning a plan becomes a calendar. We set out the factory, the banking partners we have brought alongside us, the product line — Adonis, Hercules, Apollo, and the AI work that quietly threads through all three — the marketing programme, and the thirty, sixty, and ninety-day commitments, each with a date written next to it. After lunch the room divides by temperament: a chair across from one of us, or the Adonis taken off-road on ground that will not flatter it. One choice each, in its own register. What you leave with is not a presentation; it is a sequence of dates you can put in your own diary.
Friday closes the slides. Igor speaks briefly, without screens, gathering the two days into a few sentences any of us could repeat in a service bay on Monday. We make the group photograph beside the vans, and then a book and a voucher are placed into each pair of hands, by name. For those who wish, a bus leaves for Slovenj Gradec, to stand on the ground where the new factory will be built. What you carry home is not a folder; it is a bearing — and a year that already has its first dates filled in.
